Sebans Express- All set to revolutionize the Indian Transport sector


Sebans Express  is  entering  the  Indian  Transport  Scenario  in a big way from January 2015 by introducing the country’s first professionally managed  and  fully  computerized Courier/Cargo and Intercity Coach Services  with  an array of ultra modern hi-tech fleets right from 1.5 ton capacity Mini trucks to  40 ton  capacity  heavy  duty trucks and Super Luxury A/c Coaches  that  provides  maximum  riding  comforts.   The services are  to  become  Pan India  within  3  years and in the first phase or first year services shall be available in the southern states of Tamil Nadu, Kerala, Karnataka, Andhra  and Telegana, while Western, Central and Northern India shall be covered in the second year to be followed by the rest of India in the Third year.      Once the brand is established and the business is stabilised it is decided to operate Domestic Air Cargo Services with leased aircrafts later to become International.        Besides this, there are so many projects on the cards of the company such as to operate Intercity Helicopter Services linking major centres of the country,   Exclusive arrival/Departure terminals for luxury coaches, setting up of logistics parks, etc.,             For smooth and easy functioning, the whole operations of the company are divided into 10 departments namely Administration, Finance & Taxation, Courier/Cargo, Intercity Coaches, Fleet Management, HRD/Law, Franchisees, Advertising. & Marketing, Operations and Information Technology.      Each Department shall be under the control of a General Manager, who in turn shall be assisted by AGM’s, Zonal Managers and Regional Managers.   The GM’s shall report directly to the CEO and the Board.   For administrative convenience, the company shall have 4 Zonal offices in Chennai, Mumbai, New Delhi and Kolkata.         Apart from these,  to provide maximum support to marketing and operations department Regional Offices are planned at major centres.             Booking/Delivery Offices shall be opened through Franchisee route and it is planned to open 500 booking/delivery offices in the First Year, to be followed by 500 offices each from the second year onwards.
